Priorat experiencia

I am Gregory Garcia, born in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques (France) in 1984.
Since I was a child, I have loved open spaces and nature as I was able to appreciate them in the Béarn region where I grew up.

After a hotel and restaurant school, in 2003, I trained as a sommelier in Bordeaux (France) where I met my wife, and in 2008, after several internships in prestigious houses to deepen my knowledge, we decided to make our professional career in Barcelona.

From the first time we went to the Priorat wine region, I fell in love with this impressive and beautiful region with its postcard-like landscapes, with a great diversity that leaves you breathless.

It is as if time has stood still, keeping authentic landscapes where you can meet very endearing people, and each Priorat village tells you a story.

As a professional in the wine world, I am very interested in the great potential of the Priorat estates because each of its winemakers has a very personal project and approach to wine. This is why my wife (also a sommelier) and I like to taste wine at the estate, with family, friends or clients.

This is why, in 2020, I wanted to buy this "Maysou" in the Priorat for our family and to help as many people as possible discover this region. In my native language, "La Maysou" means "the house", because the most important thing is that every guest we receive feels at home and can enjoy a wonderful wine tourism experience. This house can also be used as a place for people who are looking for a charming house to relax with their family or friends, away from the hustle and bustle of the big cities.
