Priorat is one of the most prestigious wine-growing areas in the world: the Priorat and Montsant (DOQa) appellation (DO) are the driving forces of the wine scene in Catalonia and Europe. There is a balance between tradition and modernism, nature and agriculture.
Depth, character, power and freshness impart a singular note to these wines and villages. The Mediterranean side here expresses the beauty in the Natural Park of Montsant or Siurana. A mixture of millenary cultures: Arabs, Jews, and Christians have populated this land full of mystery. The soul of Priorat is Scala Dei, where most of Priorat begins in this sacred land.
In addition to the various activities about wine that we are going to offer you, in the house you will find books and magazines about wine, maps, frames and a multitude of details about wine, but the most interesting for wine lovers is a wine cabinet (temperature controlled) available so that you can enjoy your wine tourism experience to the fullest. In this one, the client will choose between more than 200 bottles of national and international wines, a wide selection of wines. Regardless of the level of tasting, the client will be able to uncork the bottles of his choice to enjoy them with family or friends.

It is important to understand the landscape and the viticulture of the village but also to have a global vision of the viticulture in the Priorat.
It includes a commented tasting of 4 wines selected by the sommelier, wines made only in El Masroig.
It will allow you to discover the winemaker's philosophy but also the micro climate of the geographical area.
Weather permitting, this tasting will take place outside in an emblematic place in the village, at L'Ermita Les Pinyeres.
Children can accompany the adults, who will be offered a non-alcoholic drink. At the end of the tasting, the 4 wines tasted will be kept by the client.
