In addition, the house has been completely equipped with the latest technological advances, including air conditioning and aerothermal heating to offer a contemporary level of comfort.
For 4 People (2 Adults and 2 Children): This spacious apartment is ideal for families, offering a perfect balance between comfort and functionality. The master bedroom has a double bed, while a separate bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed for children. The modern bathroom meets the needs of the whole family. A desk is available for those working on the go, and the Smart TV in the living room ensures entertainment and relaxation. You will also find storage space for your personal belongings.
Common area There is also a common space for the 3 apartments, the vibrant heart of our residence where comfort and conviviality meet. Our fully equipped kitchen invites you to unleash your inner chef, with modern appliances and everything needed to whip up memorable feasts.
